What is Homegro?

Homegro is a houseplant subscription service that delivers curated plants, pots, and care instructions to your door.

What is included in a Gro Box?

Each Gro Box includes a houseplant, clay pot & saucer, seeds, seed tray, soil, and care guide.

Is the Gro Box eco-friendly?

Yes, our Gro Boxes are made from recyclable, eco-friendly materials.

Where is Homegro based?

We’re based in the UK and ship across the UK only.

Is Homegro available globally?

Currently, Homegro ships only within the UK.

Do you offer outdoor plants?

No, we focus solely on houseplants currently. Although, feel free to place your plant wherever you desire but be willing to make care adjustments.

What type of plants could I receive?

Our selection consists of: succulents, cacti, echeveria, aloe vera, sempervivum or other low-maintenance indoor plants.

How big can my plants grow?

Plant growth depends on the species; some stay small, while others grow larger.

Can I customize my Gro Box contents?

No, but we carefully curate each box with easy-care plants.

Can I get a Gro Box without subscribing?

No, currently our Gro Box is only available through subscription.

Subscription & Payment

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by visiting your customer portal and clicking the 'Cancel Subscription' button. You can also contact us via email to request a cancellation

How do I pause my subscription?

Subscriptions can be paused via your customer portal by simply selecting the pause option.

Where can I find my customer portal?

Your personal customer portal will be linked to the emails you receive from us. For any problems regarding your customer portal please message us on our 'Contact Us' page

Is there a one-time payment option?

No, currently we only offer the option of monthly payments.

When does my subscription end?

Your subscription will continue until cancelled or paused. These adjustments can be made through your customer portal.

Can I order more than one Gro Box?

Yes, you can order multiple Gro Boxes.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes, you can manage your subscription preferences in your customer portal.

Can I send a Gro Box as a gift?

Absolutely! Gro Boxes make wonderful gifts for plant lovers.

Delivery

What day will my Gro Box arrive?

Your first order will arrive within 3-5 days of ordering. All future orders will arrive from the 1st - 5th of the following month(s)

Why hasn’t my Gro Box arrived yet?

Delays can happen due to shipping issues. Contact us if it hasn't arrived within the estimated time.

How long does it take for my Gro Box to arrive?

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Currently, we only deliver within the UK.

Can I choose my delivery date?

We don’t offer a delivery date selection, but we’ll notify you once your box is on its way.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If you're unavailable, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Do you offer click and collect?

No, we only offer home delivery at this time.

Product Details

What comes in a Homegro Gro Box?

Each box contains a carefully selected plant, pot, saucer, soil, seed tray, seed and care guide.

How big are the plants?

Plant sizes vary but are typically between 5-15 cm when delivered.

How big is the pot?

The included pot is around 8 cm in diameter, suitable for the plant's growth stage.

How many seeds do I get?

You’ll receive enough seeds to fill each section of the seed tray with at least 2 seeds, so a minimum of 25 seeds.

How much soil comes with the Gro Box?

We provide 250g of soil, thats enough to fill your clay pot, extra pot and seed tray.

Is anything fragile in the box?

The plants and pots are delicate but packed securely to prevent damage. We add a fragile sticker to all of our boxes to ensure they are treated with precaution by the selected courier.

How long will the plants live for?

With proper care, your plants can thrive for years.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return items?

No, we do not accept returns but we will replace any damaged/ poor quality items provided image proof of the poor quality item

What happens with damaged items I receive?

If an items is damaged, send us a photo, and we’ll arrange a swift replacement.

What should I do if an item is missing?

Contact us right away, and we’ll ensure any missing items are sent to you.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds will not be provided. Any issues with any items we will send out a new replacement.

Plant Care

Are the plants safe for my pets?

The plants within are Gro Box will be suitable for most pets. for more reassurance we suggest you do your own due diligence for your pet and the plant you have received.

What if my plant dies shortly after arrival?

If your plant arrives damaged or in a poor condition we will replace it free of charge. For any problems with your plant please contact us within 10 days of receiving it to be viable to receive a replacement.

Are there any care instructions included with the Gro Box?

Yes, each Gro Box includes a care guide for your plant and seeds.

Do I need any special tools to care for my plants?

No special tools are needed. Tools like scissors for trimming and fertiliser for growth would be nice additions!

Can I get a refund?

Refunds will not be provided. Any issues with any items we will send out a new replacement.

Can I only buy the box online?

Yes, Gro Boxes are available exclusively online.

Is it safe to order online?

Absolutely! Our website uses secure payment systems for your protection.
